Birds of a Feather brings together two Ethiopian coffees: washed Esayas Hamiso from Guji and sundried natural Gargari Gutity from Yirgacheffe. The blend pairs two origins and two processing methods within Ethiopia.
The washed component is produced by Esayas Beriso and his wife, Meskerem, in Hambela Wamena at 2,350m. Alongside it, Gargari Gutity is grown at 1,983m and processed as a sundried natural.
