1. During the first 20 seconds pour 60g and allow the coffee to bloom for 45 seconds.
2. In the next 20 seconds pour another 60g and allow the coffee to draw through till 1 minute 30 seconds
3. In the next 20s pour 120g up to 240g and allow the coffee to draw down until 2 minutes 15 seconds.
4. Pour the remaining weight of 120g up to the target weight of 360g
